I was shocked how humid it can get...my hair normally wavy, was all fuzzy and looked like a big old mop!!! Every Afternoon, it rained...not just regular rain but a thunderstorm with lightning and the whole shebang! But it only lasts for a couple of hours maximum! So in case you were wondering about the weather in KL, Malaysia get prepared for lots of heat, humidity, some rain and thunder but rest assured than there is Air conditioning everywhere so bring on a jacket cuz it can get pretty cool indoors! It is actually freezing in movie theaters! Very impressive! Most people do speak English so you will be okay, although I have to note that the people are not too friendly..they are not rude by any means, just not friendly, they do not smile or make small talk, etc...but very professional. I was puzzled though by the presence of rodents in some streets..the city is very clean but you see rats squirming from one gutter to the other...a bit groce.. maybe they do not have enough cats? I don't know!
