		<description>I am not too sure I agree with this study!  I mean, how often did they come up with studies that were later proved to be false...for example they used to say that caffeine (in moderation) is good for the heart and metabolism and now some studies are saying the exact opposite...I mean I can accept that  Diet Sodas are not good for you because there are some chemicals in them, acidic, etc... but that they make you gain weight? What happened to 1 calorie, zero sugar? I get it that it may be behavioral...I mean, often, when I start exercising, I gain weight, I say hey I just exercised for two hours so I eat double what I usually do etc... 

In all cases, I suppose,  will keep checking on this topic and as you said it is simply safer to opt for water!!!!
