Getting Back in Shape Log >> Week 4 Begins
Posted on April 5th, 2004 filed in Training Log | Send to a friend:I was again ecstatic today as I noted another 3 lbs drop in weight. Wonderful.
My chest and biceps numbers today remain unchanged with the exception of lifting an additional 10 pounds on the incline press (120 lbs vs. 110 lbs last week).
I am still doing 4 sets of 10 reps each (plus 1 warmup set) for each exercise.
Things are looking good.
