Getting Back in Shape Log >> Week 3 Ends

There has been no additional progress beyond the chest exercises noted on day 1 of this week. All other exercises, with the exception of abs, remained virtually the same. As for abs, I did 30 reps instead of 25 on the first two sets of each exercise then 25x/set for rest.
